Plenty of keepers this week, nothing from me, but I finally have a couple of prospects:
Gerry Matts 17 outstanding 13 weeks, 4.2 talent
Rob Preston 16 good 17 weeks, 3.25 talent
Matts might make it to magical and Preston to outstanding as a beginning 18yo.

Technically it's 2.4, which we know isn't right. As the coach is guessing all the time the only way is to train and see! :)

oh and sty007 am not selling after seeing what happen to my best youth player Sebastian Challinor I am only aiming to train my team around my youth players at least the talented ones
btw how do you judge talent with this new system ?
anyone else getting rubbish useless juniors every week?
I do the difference between starting JS level and leaving JS level, and divide the number of weeks by that number... Same as before really, only it's not always as accurate
I've had garbage for seasons, but it's got worse since the junior change as my strict criteria got even more strict as I don't keep juniors that could be high value if they're max age.
You have played the game very similar to me mattius (and how all new starts should play IMO) which is base your whole team around your own junior pulls.
Unfortunately, as your team improves, you will find it harder and harder to do that.
