You've got to pretty much ignore the estimations when they've not been in the school or long

However, what is not an estimation is the amount of skill points a pull is given. Solid's are normaly around the 25 mark. Mine has 25 and so either has 3.5 talent or about 7 (can only really be an adequate or good starting youth respectively)

Yours has 23 skill points, which is closer to a good junior. However, he might have actually joined as a weak, and so have talent of 4~

No idea on start levels or talents because i lost all my data on SO

a better question would be why you kept an average 18 year old in your youth school?
2012-01-05 19:00:50
cause i had enough space and u cant be sure about talent so...

+1. You should have just sacked them both when they joined as neither would ever be good enough.

Just having space isn't reason to keep them as you paying for the space.

If it was me I would sack the following...

Caleb Riding, Mason Bishop, Gordon Tuttie, Wayne Baggely, Don Treasure, Wally Hitchcock, Rubin Westoby, Don treasure
2012-01-07 15:36:49
ok, thnx
2012-01-07 18:15:40
I agree with Muhajir.

Do you know why he has picked who he has picked?
2012-01-07 18:42:32
cause they're old with low skills?

or cause they're unlikely to increase much when they are ready to come out?
2012-01-07 18:57:19
Caleb Riding, will be 20 and so not worth bothering with unless very high skill level
Mason Bishop, starting from too low a level for the number of weeks left, is likely to not be worth it unless you are very lucky
Gordon Tuttie, if a year younger perhaps could be kept but at 19 not worth much
Wayne Baggely, if a year younger should be kept but at 19 not worth much
Don Treasure, Low skill goal keeper unlikely to be worth much.
Wally Hitchcock, starting from too low a level for the number of weeks left, is likely to not be worth it unless you are very lucky
Rubin Westoby starting from too low a level for the number of weeks left, is likely to not be worth it unless you are very lucky
