Hi guys,

do you think that these 2 juniors are worth keeping or not given that they are both 16 and have a long time planned in the junior school. However, they are both rated poorly. Thanks.

Wayne Parratt 16 unsatisfactory outfield 34
Ahmed Densem 16 poor outfield 32

i would leave them for a few weeks and see how they pop. but then i'm no expert...

Thanks guys, that's what I was planning on doing.

Try to train them. If they don't increase by 2 weeks , you would dismiss them.

Nobby Shopland 17 solid [8] outfield 7

this is good right?

I suggest you immediately train speed, then see if the talent is good
2013-05-16 18:59:06
All my other trainees are better so I'd rather sell.

I don't mean to be rude but I would sack him if he were mine?

There are managers that have been playing for 6 years or more that try and sell worse.

I would be surprised if nobody bought him.

PS, if you are expecting a lot better from your youth school on a regular basis then prepared to be very disappointed!

Sorry D.J

I wasn't trying to upset you, I just couldn't really see any sale value but I've been wrong before.

Tbh, maybe somebody will buy him, but if that is say 1000 or less etc. is it really worth bothering in the first place? I hope for your sake I am wrong though ;-)

LOL, I'm not expecting anything from my youth school as tbh, I have so far had nothing come out of it worth selling ... and players like this that I have tried selling I got nothing for so ended up sacking them.

Regards,
Troy

Take a bit more than that to "upset" me. I was borderline sacking him, the hope isn't that he will sell for a lot, more that someone will it him, train him and sell him at 22 so I get a nice sell on fee.

Anyway, he didn't sell, I'm hardly surprised, and now he's in the bin.
