in the past 2 weeks, one of my juniors has popped 3 places from very good to outstanding. surely i can assume this is wrong and expect them to pop back down sooner or later right?

Yes. The best he can "really" do is a pop every 3 weeks, that is your base point. This youth is probably the coaches love child, and is viewing him through rose-tinted glasses.

Or they underestimated him the first weeks..

edit: No they did not as he entered the youth school as "good"

Good work! I suffered a double relegation this season for my main team and nippers down to II and III respectively :(

Acutally what you got is exactly what you want rather than the opposite.

He's about the best he could be. With a season of playmaker training he could be quite profitable on the market.

Otherwise, just sell him for peanuts.

It wasn't that long ago I had around 20 juniors in my junior squad and now I only have 11 left ... if I want to play some junior matches, I better not fire all the duds this w/end ;-)

All future stars can now be placed (as soon as you get them) into NTDB...please make this a habbit! There are no more minimum requirements.

Please update U21 English players (even if they did not pop) because I am making a massive update!
You can do that by either sending me a message with their current skills, form and what you are training or by submitting them manually to the NTDB here.
