In the next 2 weeks I have 4 juniors coming out of my youth school and going by that spreadsheet that DJ made available, 3 (1x16, 2x17) of them have a chance of being better than the normal poop !

However, I'll probably still get poop so better not get too excited until I actually see them as I'm bound to be disappointed by them.

No idea if this is the way to go or not but after this week all of my juniors will be either 16 or 17 only.

For both profit and training purposes.

On the old system we never knew the age of the juniors until they were pulled. So when you got a 2 week good junior or similar you prayed he was 16yo.

Looks quite nice as a long term prospect to me..

He would have been worth at least £1m if his left side was swapped with right side...

These are the fine margins you are dealing with in junior pulls! He will definately sell OK i would think.

What are you doing with that 17yo you think is worthless but is actually alright? Training?

Ok, thanks, well he's going on the TL over the w/end.

I've pulled two 17 yr olds in the last 2 weeks and I'll be training both in the short term. I plan on selling today's one once he pops his defending a few times.

One of my juniors got a rating of 52 in my youth match today!

Before you think I have a superstar on my hands, he was sent off in the 9th minute so I'm sure that just confused the ratings as he only got 17 the week before ;-) Pity it's not for a whole match ...
