Think ive got a couple of decent ones in the next few weeks, so with my luck atm fully expect some horrible distributions :)
You've some pretty decent trainees already.
Once the age update happens I'll be messaging everyone with English trainees their own graph for next season. I'm looking into whether I can add a training tracker onto it or if it's too much work.

Yes hopefully some turn out decent, might need a bit of a shake up dependant on what happens at the end of the season.. And always appreciate the help and detail you go into. Always keep the youth school open for interest more than anything but think i might of got rid of some of my best pulls at the wrong times when i started.
I may regret this but screw it, I'm selling Bynoe-Gittens and going for Matthew Hawke instead.

Solid, apparently. He doesn't look like a Solid to me. Bloody Playmaking ruined a potentially great pull.

This guy is my U21 top goalscorer this season (12 in 10):
Cody Gabbiadini, age: 18
average [5] stamina tragic [0] keeper
adequate [6] pace adequate [6] defender
unsatisfactory [2] technique unsatisfactory [2] playmaker
solid [8] passing weak [4] striker
You figure it out.

Unlucky, if PM had been on pace he'd have been a lovely pull.
@JE what level was he? You got screwed by the stamina :(
In my school I have an Outstanding Youth......thats the first time I can remember since Freedman who is now almost 24!

He was excellent. I think...
The issue is how the hell was he my topscorer?

It makes you think that skills get redistributed between juniors and the main team. I guess his marks as a striker were decent too?
