Sure. With lots of tech he'll be a nice striker with a lovely ability to tackle.
2026-02-19 14:07:56
Tech will rise really quickly so I don't see why you cant make him a nice striker at all!
2026-02-19 15:34:51
Yeah, they were my thoughts, too! I've literally got a side full of defenders (trainees) and I want to mix it up a little. I fancy training a top striker. Ive never done this before, so it'll be nice. Plus a homegrown player, which adds some extra satisfaction!

Get his tech up to a decent level. Given he came oit magical, I hope he improves quickly.

Cheers mate. I'm ever the optimist, but time will tell. We've got a few weeks left in this season, so I'll ensure he gets full training now onwards.

I had a terrible weeks training. I was hoping I could shift someone out of AT to bring new guys in. I'll have to make a decision.

As a magical he has great talent pretty much guaranteed, that technique will go up weekly until good imo. ;)
2026-02-19 18:22:22
Yeah, hopefully. I need to train a few players tech, so I might give him some, too.
2026-02-19 18:26:09
He'll become my 8th homegrown player in advanced training, so im getting towards my goal. Ive got a solid 16 yo 2 weeks out, closely followed by an 18 yo incredible!

Im starting to see better youths coming through? Has something changed in the game to cause this, that ive missed!! Ive not changed anything on my side, I still have an unearthly coach, but I'm seeing decent youths coming through!!

Long may that continue.

Just luck...ask wdp ;)
2026-02-19 19:35:08
Grrrr they are like London Buses for me, none come and then you get a few together. lol
2026-02-19 20:23:42
Yeah, I'd heard WDP can be quite unlucky when it comes to youth players ;) haha

Maybe I'm using up all my luck and I'll soon be moaning about dismal youth pulls!!

I was 10/10 home grown. But had to get a medium term defender for first team so 9/10 at present. 10 is certainly doable but won't necessarily have peak trainees.

This looks like being my luckiest pull for a long time. I am now moving away from pace for a while so I expect a few quick pops….fingers crossed.

Nice one. I want to achieve 10/10 too. That is my short term ambition. I will look to sell off and bring in fresh & hopefully better players, but still retain 10/10 homegrown!
2026-02-19 23:26:51
Wow, really lovely player. Brilliant pace at 19, that's good going. I'd like a team full of players at this level!!
2026-02-19 23:42:39
Very nice, hopefully pops quick in other skills mate
