I only paid £150k so I can’t do wrong there really. He’s on the way to unearthly GK already and has good talent so his pace will rise quickly.

I do train 1 keeper only and 9 outfielders. At one stage I trained 2 keepers when I was struggling to get trainees in.

yeah I did the same some time ago, much easier to get the training minutes if you train at least 1 GK

I currently like training 1 keeper though. He’s coming along nicely and is the first ever I have trained in actual keeping, I’ve only ever bought ones for pace previously already at divine.

Keeper is also the quickest skill to train (after stamina), which has also not helped keeper prices.

I have a nice keeper trainee, but he hasn't trained for a few weeks now, and will probably only get it moving forward when one of other 10 gets injured.

I am going to take mine to at least mid divine keeper and then train pace. He’s coming along nicely with outstanding pace already and formidable passing, given he was mid 19 when he came out he’s come along nicely. It’s a shame his form is not great as he probably won’t get any u21 caps.

He was always a couple of levels behind in terms of keeping, and his form was terrible.

True, I expected that and it's ok. If he had been 18 he'd have been an amazing prospect, his form has risen a little and maybe one day he can become the full NT keeper instead.

My guy wants that too ;)
