You worry the server might not be able to manage your 500+ pages of shite juniors posting? Oh, my bad....
Hey, Jimmy, don't let your "constructive" ideas become an obsession with me and my club, pal. Especially when you have not much to bring to this fight. You have a bright future this season, walk the walk on those floors I wiped with you in that league. And then talk.
Surely people can decide what they want to do on these threads, to a certain degree. I'd argue that this particular thread is popular for some folk! Don't forget, you don't have to read them! Negativity certainly won't encourage active forum participation, that I'm sure of.
Fair enough. Let's keep it at less than 10% then.
Great threads, btw. All 5 of them. Or is it 6? Have you not just created a new one, Saturday youths or something like that? Keep going, guys, it's so engaging!

You could always read the early posts in here if you like to look at the standards of 2005?

Let's all not post, that'll encourage the other 90% to get involved with... umm... nothing? Solid logic.
The Saturday Youths thing is mine and it serves it's purpose. It's not meant to be entertaining, it's for evaluating new youths.

Wow, looks like a great player. Nice one!! What do you plan to do with him?
Wow a divine, what did he come out like skill wise? I assume he must have been very talented so low 3 ish?

Less than 10% may post on here, but do you truly believe thats because of the threads we all post in? I don't. Do we want others to post to? Of course.......do we want people to post new threads that are constructive, again of course, why not?
I am not sure what you are trying to achieve with your attacks, and as one that has banter thrown at him (and gives it back) its a laugh, but this is not banter.
This thread is useful posting all Juniors:
1) You can share with others
2) You can go back to see what a player was like of you end up training or selling and he's then trained.
3) You can compare your new junior to other "excellent" that may have been pulled.
4) Sometimes you can gauge what level your player is compared to what the YS stated they were, some good's look less or more skill points wise.
5) Sometimes I post the players so I can show others how crap and unlucky I have been with my youth school (again banter sometimes around this).
As you for your own YS, I don't know the levels of your YS players but its odd to have a 20 and 21 yr old there, they surely cant be worth keeping unless you need players to field a team in the youth league?
As for the other 5 threads, most of them are used for informational purposes. Please do feel free to come up with some ideas rather than sarcastic trash talk. ;)

I question why we have so many threads about juniors, that's all. I didn't start the "trash talk", I only reacted to someone else doing it. But once again, I question something that (to me) seems odd. Some of you post the same juniors on 3 or 4 threads on here. I took on your points of view and, although they doesn't answer my original question, I respect them and, like I already said, it's fine, if you guys are happy with 6 juniors threads, so be it. There is no need to gang up on me and start pointing at my YS or my club. That junior is magical at this point and jumped from 4 to 15 in 32 weeks (that's equivalent to a talent of 3). Whatever comes out of him, it's nothing to do with you or anyone else on here. Allow me to think that I have passed the stage of being advised about my academy. Not only that it's patronising, but you guys are doing it without having any information about that player.

You say: Please do feel free to come up with some ideas
I said: why don't you concentrate the juniors thread in 1, or 2, why do we have so many, it's confusing.
You guys: shut your trash talk, you have a 21yo in your YS!

There actually was 2 Junior threads originally.
1) Juniors - for anything below Formidable thats pulled.
2) Juniors Formidable + - for anything Formidable or over.
We then had Junior School brought in which was new and related to what we have in our schools.
The start of this season someone started Saturday Youths, which I believe was Camus and he did so to keep track on the statistics of what players we get into our schools on a Saturday morning.

You are right about there being too many junior threads, that's always irritated me.
If people want less threads then suggest which ones you'd like to keep and I can shut some. You did create Saturday Youths yourself recently though :p
