I have a hideously expensive coach, and 13 of my current youths are adequate. Does this make having a 19k per week coach for youths worthwhile ?

sorry mate, it was supposed to be an open question, I'd be happy for any advice, I seem to be in league II on the strength of selling my original squad and other people not trying hard enough :)

The standard of your new youths isn't related to how good your youth coach is - you can have no youth coach set and if you had spaces you could still get decent youths. Better overall coach = faster pops -> I have a formidable who costs about £5.5k, the quickest I've had pops is every 4 weeks with him. I think with a magical youth coach you might get pops every 2-3 weeks. If you're paying masive wages for a youth coach that has a few unearthly skills and a few bad ones it's probably worth binning him and getting one with no high skills and no low skills - all very good on the recruitment page say - because the wages will be cheaper.
