Not beyond the realms of possiblity 4 weeks to magical pace. I've got a defender, same age who was 4 weeks + 9 weeks of general, incredible to brilliant pace. 3 weeks + 4 general formid to outstanding in defending.

At his age with those skills , isn't he still worth more than 3 million?
I've had a couple of 19yr olds take 5 weeks to magical pace, but no 4 weekers as yet.

Taylor was my mates youth pull, the worst thing is he only had a Outstanding youth coach for about 20 weeks during his time in the youth team, and still came out as a magical 17 year old :)
Training foreign players is for the weak I say.
