if you say so :)

I just say what I see - and it was only with brilliant coach :)

Dont trust the new junior talent system, its really unreliable, I had a player pop 4 weeks in a row, then pop down 3 levels twice in a row.

So it's why i calculate only according to this

ending level - starting level
-------------------------------- = talent
time in school

You want a range of talent

So

Ending level (0, +1 and -1) - starting level (0, +1 and -1)
------------------------------------------------------------------ = range of talent
time in school

Of course, you do all the +1s and -1s in deifferent combinations
The best end of the range would be from Ending level +1 - starting level -1
And the lowest end would be - ending level -1 - starting level +1

Knowing that talent is 3 at the very best, your range is - 3 to 3.66

@ ghetto

With a brilliant coach the starting level could have been out by up to 3, the finish level shouldn't be to far wrong as he's played 90 mins every week by the look of it.

And as Lostprophets has already said, the recorded max talent is 3 ...and that is with an Unearthly coach.
The rule of thumb is deduct 0.2 per level below. So approx 3.4 would be the max talent with a Brilliant coach. So either way, your guy is clearly talented!

btw

So it's why i calculate only according to this

ending level - starting level
-------------------------------- = talent
time in school

This isn't quite right...

You don't count the first pop (from 4 to 5) because he could already have had sub-level. E.g. he joins your juniors as 4.89.
Therefore, you don't know if it was a full pop, so can't count it.

So using your calculation you have 7 pops in 22 weeks = 3.14 ...or an absolute worst case of approx 4.6
