How about an Attacking Mids thread and a Defensive Mids thread? I'll do it, and it could have these points or something else:
ATT MID:
Playmaker and Passing x 1.5
Technique, Pace and Striker x 1
Defender x 0.5
Stamina x 0.25

and DEF MID

Playmaker and Defender x 1.5
Technique, Pace and Passing x 1
Striker x 0.5
Stamina x 0.25

I don`t know. Ask wdp. The only problem I have with it is that already a talented player can be on more than one list. Some can be on the wing, mid and def threads at the same time.They could be on 5 lists then (Corr)!

I suppose also if they are on to many lists you can deduce the skills too but does it matter?

If you want to do a thread then you could do the mid thread if that is what you want to do? It quite time consuming writing to people for updates and checking on the state of players but if yyou have the time....
