Hi guys

Some of you may be wondering who I am. Well here is a bit of information for you.

I am one of the longest serving managers in the English community, and I have mentored several other managers to help them through the early stages of the game. The two most well known are wdp74 and Phil_Fox, both very succesful league and NT managers. I am also the most succesful NT manager in Englands history, I lead England to the World Cup final a few seasons ago after a very succesful few seasons in charge in which England climbed into the top 10 of the World rankings for the first time in a long while.

Last season i gained promotion to the premiership finally after several seasons of just missing out, I went the whole season winning every game and also made it to the FA cup quarter finals.

Thats all really, if you want to ask me any questions then just post them here and i will answer them when i am next online.

I remember your last campaign well and you did brilliantly to get to the actual World Cup Final, what did you learn from that campaign tactically and do you think you can repeat this feat?

The things i learned tactically probably wont apply to the way things are now. But i did learn alot, when i was manager last time I didnt know a great deal about tactics and i even admitted that, but i have alot more knowledge in this area now and feel that i can do a good job with the players that i would have available. Can i repeat it? I cant see why not, just need some luck along the way like last time. thats what all managers needc as well as good tactical knowledge and a decent amount of scouting of the opposition.

Can I ask what you felt has gone wrong recently with the NT and what you would have done differently?

I personally believe ermejo has had some pretty bad luck along the way, but what errors have you noticed if any?

I agree that ermejo has had alot of bad luck, but I also think that he could have done a few things differently. I dont want it to sound like i am having a go at ermejo, cause i know what it is like doing the job for the first time, it can be a pretty daunting experience. But the main thing that i think he could have done differently is by involving the community alot more, it is something i made a major point of doing when i was in the NT last time and I think it helped me alot. If you communicate and give feedback on performances people will take more of an interest and will be more willing to help with players training and tactical help if needed.

To be fair to him, he did try very hard in getting people involved but didn't get the same enthusiasm back.

That was due to various things.

he did try to get everyone involved then got a bit disheartend, but i think he should have stuck at it. Over the last season there has hardly been anything posted bout the main nt at all, and if there was it didnt contain much in the way of info or feedback.

2 seasons ago your NT campaign was somewhat controversial. What would you say to those who have you in a negative light as a result of that.

The whole election was a bit of a joke last time, at the end of it there was only really 1 manager who actually really wanted to stand in the end. I was commited at the start but then kinda lost interest as it seemed that most people wanted ermejo to have a go at it, so i stepped down. Then it all kicked off and I threw my name back into the fray again, but i had damaged my election too much and eventually lost to ermejo.

I am 100% commited this time around, and I am not going to pull out of the election this time around no matter what. I really want to have another crack at it to try and push England back up the rankings and qualify for the next world cup. and tbh I only see it as a 2 season reign, as I feel that wdp74 should have a crack at the full Nt side when his reign as u-21 boss finishes.

If you were to face Phil and his USA team, what tactic would you expect to face and how would you counter that tactic to win the game?

the whole os the SK forums seems a bit less vocal on the whole, I blame ken for stopping saying silly things and try as he might, mattius just isn't in the same league. ;-)

meh, ive toned it down too in the past year or so, you, sir are the jester of england.
