He plays the bog standard 442.
Haver a look at it in your tactics editor - you'll know exactly where his forwards will be, so can man-mark them or even double man-mark them.
You can also put your strikers between his defenders. Then set up your throw-ins and corners knowing where his players will be (also true for defending them).
One of his strikers looks to be better than the other, so put your better defenders on him, likewise put your best forward up against his weakest defender (or slowest defender if your attacker is quick).
