I am unsure which two to play out of the three, one has to play in front of my back three and then one on the wing! So can u please give me an opinion on which two are best!

Sorin Diamandi , age 22

excellent stamina tragic keeper
formidable pace adequate defender
solid technique good playmaker
hopeless passing adequate striker

Eraldo Fasolin , age 23
value: 85 500 £
wage: 1 260 £
excellent form
bookings:
formidable stamina tragic keeper
solid pace unsatisfactory defender
weak technique adequate playmaker
very good passing unsatisfactory striker

Ireneusz Lićwinko , age 33
value: 86 250 £
wage: 1 545 £
unsatisfactory form

formidable stamina tragic keeper
outstanding pace poor defender
good technique average playmaker
adequate passing weak striker

Do you have to play with a wing? Personally, I'd consider changing you tactic.

Its pointless putting Diamandi on the wing - his chances of passing or crossing to a forward are about zero.
Fasolin has some Passing/PM, but ver little chance of avoiding being tackled
Licwinko, has some Pace, but tech and passing are too low for a winger.

i don't really play a wide wing, i tend to pull them both in, what are your suggestions that i should do as i have three first teamers out

play a narrow formation without wings

I think that most players are up against the opponent: comparing striking vs keeper for example so that a solid keeper is great if the opponents striker is adequate

but wingers have to actually have a minimum level of skills to work properly. They need passing to make a cross and tech to receive passes from your mids without fumbling it out of play. Your mids also need sufficient passing to hit the ball to the wings usefully.

Once I had realised this I went narrow until the general skill level of my mids was around formidable, except on special occasions, mainly to test them

I have a winger in training. What would you say is the min skill set for a winger and whats ideal. My guy was a 4 week popper with a brilliant coach and he is only 18 so I have time to train him up.

I seem to remember excellent seeming a good idea

it's subjective though, when they control enough passes and make enough crosses for your taste then they are good enough.

As your palette is more experienced what do you consider tasty?

enough winger nostalgia - it's years since I trained them up from weak

Nostalgia? Its more trying to get some useful advice from someone who knows how to win the prem, not sitting on your knee listening to stories that start "When I was a lad".

haven't I given enough hints?

I wouldn't play a winger on the by-line without formidable tech and passing and their pace and pm and the central mids passing to be similar.

Unless it was the only hope to get round a superior teams narrow defence of course

Thanks ! Adjectives are more like it. It gives me something to aim for.
