Subject: The great big Plus scandal

This only applies to the good folk who've bought Plus

Mine ran out yesterday and 24 hrs later I've got it back, so happy days ...but its not.

That new feature (the one that's actually quite useful) where you can scroll back through players' skill graphs and juniors' talent graphs... well that data doesn't come back when you renew your subscription!

And because it was there, I stopped taking screen shots or keeping records of pops. I thought I'd just grab screenshots when I was going to sell the player, or a junior was due to be promoted.

I renewed mine before it ran out, but I'll try and keep this in mind as I didn't leave much to spare in terms of getting it in time.

I'd take it on the chin... if they gave you some warning that your Plus was running out - like a simple email to address you registered your Plus with or even an in-game notification.
I bet most users don't keep clicking on the Plus link to check... it shouldn't be rocket science to find a solution.

It's a problem with the mailing system within SK that they can't send a message out to everyone.

I know they now have a notification system, so I don't know whether it could be implemented into that, possible something to look at anyway.

Is this is a known/confirmed thing? Pretty sure you're meant to get it all back.

Guys seriously use Sokkerviewer, keeps track of all important things if you keep updating it:)

Majority of users knows how to read the screens, one can make with sv and more trustworthy too.

i waited a month or 2 before i got plus again but all my graphs have returned including previous data so not sure what the problem is

is the defo including the historical graphs where you can use the arrow to scroll to the left?

The feature's only been in place about 7 weeks, and I thought your Plus ran out before then?

yup little arrow allowing me to scroll to previous graphs is there :-)
