Right todays match:
Where do I start?!!!!! I will put my hands up and admit that i got a couple of things wrong for todays match, so i will start with them:
1 - They caught me out by playing 6 at the back, I expected them to play with 5 at the back and at least 2 def mids maybe 3. I also expected them to play 2 strikers to try and get a goal or two on the counter attack. And i also expected their defence to be sitting alot further back, but instead they played quite high up the field, and as a result they pushed their 3 mids quite high up field to catch us on the break, and it worked very well for them for the first 20 minutes or so. Also their striker was alot better tech wise than I was expecting, Moxon and Hardcastle had a hard time tackling him and he caused us problems. Had I known I would have played 3 at the back with 2 def mids to null the threat of their mids and striker.
2 - I set it up that I had 3 subs bought on, i should have only set it to be 2. this would have allowed for any injuries, as was the case of Flux so we went down to 9 men as a result. This was very stupid of me, and it wont be repeated.
Now for the plus points:
1 - We managed to score a rating of 75+, which was very nice to see.
2 - All three subs made a very positive impact.
3 -We managed to score 6 and win the game despite my cock-ups!!!
4 - Even though their tactic caught me by suprise we still dominated the game and looked very good for long periods of the game.

Your tactics were not too bad, the problem was that you were up against a very effective tactic. The thing about lower ranked teams is that they can usually field a fairly large number of defenders with pretty decent primaries, its just the secondaries that are missing. That can then make it tricky to really dominate in the way you may have hoped to.
