Subject: [U21] Friendly vs Estonia

I am winding down now my reign as u21 manager. We take on Estonia tomorrow with a depleted side due to suspensions and injuries.

The main aim for the rest of this season is to maintain a place in the top 16 of the world. If I can do this then the next managers campaign should be a lot easier than I have had as we will be the top seed for any group.

Tomorrow will be a tough game given the injuries and suspensions but I hope we can be competitive still.

Much appreciate your work for the NT coach WD :)

Squad and tactic has been set. Hopefully the 4 enforced changes will not have a very big affect. The overall quality has been damaged though.

Lost 2-1 - a bit undeserved really, but at full strength I think we would have won. Their keeper pulled off a couple of amazing saves in great positions. Ours was untested apart from the shots that went past him. Its been a bad couple of weeks. :(

Hard luck

I thought Monnington had a great game, and Skeffington did well when he came on

Thanks. :)

Skeffington is a nice player, he just has really low stamina at hopeless.....which is weird considering he is so talented. Monnington is a nice defender too.

Talent and stamina are unrelated. What a noob! :-)
