yh, but driving is totally different and how much experince do you have to have, i've been doing this for over two years,so this surely means i've got some experience.

Well I have been playing for nearly 4 years but I don`t think I have the experience. Why:

Years in the game does not equal experience, doing something equals experience. You might not have logged on more than 1 a week for 18 months etc.

What have you done?

But in a way that does not matter if all the tutors are going to say more or less the same thing for consistencey purposes as you can ensure you say the "offical" line.

Encouragement will be a big thing epecially after a heavy defeat will be important and that is something that most people, but not all on here, can do.

Tutors

Newbies can now send question to Tutors in your country (if they exist), questions on subjects related with sokker eg. if you are not sure about something in the rules. Messages are sent from Your country -> Staff page, just like messages to Admins or Mods (select Tutors in the dropdown box). Your question will be answered by the first tutor who reads it.

I think people might be confusing the role of mentor with the role of tutor - they ain't the same.

If mod messages are anything to go by, there won't be loads and loads of these messages through the tutor menu. I don't think they will be heavily used, at least to start with anyway.

I'm up for helping out if there's still room?
I've started again recently as well so i should be able to help people just setting up.

The second one, I was robbed. Badly of a III place.

This time, I'm ready. I can take losses, sometimes without any grace, but it is annoying for newbs to lose 10-0 on their first game. Admittably, I try and weaken my squad against newbs to give them a chance.

I haven't seen much that suggests you can write english effectively, it seems to require some kind of extra effort on your part. That worries me more than any deficiencies regarding your experience.

Well no hence why I don`t want to be a tutor. I have never been higher than div 3. My formations fail to work the off side rule. Apparently, I am robbed everytime I buy a player and I am still correcting my stadium construction errors many years in real life after I made them!

However, I can write and I am also aware of the need for consistency in the way a tutor must tutor.

I find the juniors very silly. you train up the players and they go up to the seniors leaving your junior team decimated. Last week I got three formidables and this week an unearthly coming - I am guessing I am not winning much for the rest of the season...

Indeed, not having enougth players for a team can be a real problem too!

Ueh hows this for experience. I have made shed loads of mistakes and learnt from most of em. Also I have come up with my own youth pull system which seems quite effective. Actually the only real areas I can help with are youth pulls, and training. So if being a tutor requires tactics expertise I probs wouldnt be able to help peeps directly. So maybe I should be taken off this list, unless there is an rl skilled tactician, who needs help with training and youth pulls.

Was up Kenyard? I see you are spying on who the england tutors are gonna be. lol.
