I would play the players with the greatest talent, no matter what their age. To be honest i really dont mind how far up the rankings england u21 are, I think the priority is the main team, so to ensure a bright national team future, I would play a 17/18 who is talented, over an established 21 year old with less talent. I've already proven my dedication to training youngsters with talent, by suffereing the long drawn out process of training a youngster to divine keeper. I will help you to achieve this in a more timely manner with your younger players, while giving them the experience they need.
I understand i don't have the "big game" experience of playing in the premiership, but i have been able to create tactics to beat teams who are far better than me, and exploit their weaknesses. I am also a believer in "an Englishman for the English job" (when talking about football management), and currently I'm the only Englishman. So I implore you to vote for me, and watch the national team flourish.
