Obviously i realise I have no chance of winning this election, but I might as well put up a case for why I am the alternative to the other candidates. Most of the people who will vote already have, but I urge you to read this anyway
If you dont really care about the results of the u21 team, and would rather see your youngsters have the chance of playing for the u21 team at an earlier age, then I am your man!
Tactics wise, I would choose whatever tactic fits in with the players i have at my disposal, in addition to asking the national team manager which positions he will be needing in the near future. For example - If he needs defenders, then i would play 5 defenders and so on...
Winning matches would be nice but I believe the focus should be on providing the national team manager with a better quality of player.
Should any of you have any questions, feel free to ask - or, you can even take the piss a bit if you want!
