Wahey, proof indeed that being annoying can get you places.

They were the best / most well-rounded available, nothing to do with being annoying. Tickell is in solid form too which helps. If he drops like a stone, I will drop him like one though.

Well after plummeting down to weak a few weeks ago it's slowly going back up.

Solid form isn't usually that great, does that mean the others are in worse form?

It means that as he's considerably more skilled than yow, where yow is every other defensive midfielder in England, solid form makes him worth a punt.

most valuable does not equal best at u21 level. some of the most valuable defenders have really good defender skill and weak pace, for example.

very true however a good starting point as a scouting tool

but not as good as the nt database, which I used to pick the team, before giving people an idea of what to aim for with the points from the future att / mid / def threads without giving players skills away.
