We've gained no new injuries over the games this weekend :).

Italy have had their star midfielder (and also the best midfielder outside of Poland) injured :).

what are your expectations about italy?

They have a nice team, and Newton is one of the best coachs...

They are the slight favourite, but the match is going depend on who makes the most of their chances.

Just noticed that England are now the lowest ranked team left in the WC.

well sir, great result and i agree with your analysis of my man Linekar , at one point i couldnt stop laughing at his antics but was relieved when he finally decided to play some killer passes to our strikers rather than the ridiculous touchline clown stuff. if it were HT i guess he would have the unpredictable speciality lol. still glad he came good in the end and then followed it up with a hattrick in todays 7-0 league demolition (finally my boys have done what they have only been threating to do ) so all in all a great weekend in sokker , good stuff and long may it continue , come on England....

Guana - irregular cap, slightly injured
Savino - only one cap, slightly injured
Stellini - irregular cap, most likely out

Such a poor attitude :P. I won't be staying on regardless of what happens. I can go out on a high, no matter what now, as the original plan was to only get to the knock out stages.

Get as far as possible before meeting Poland. I've got an idea or two what to use against them.

So my expectation should be to get to the final...

Italy are a good side, even though they have an injury they have possibly more depth in quality than we do. That being said, we have better defenders than them (I think we also have the best defenders outside of Poland).
