Actually, I had a re-read of my election thread:


3. What is your target for the World Cup Finals?

Get as far as possible before meeting Poland. I've got an idea or two what to use against them.

So my expectation should be to get to the final...

Italy are a good side, even though they have an injury they have possibly more depth in quality than we do. That being said, we have better defenders than them (I think we also have the best defenders outside of Poland).

at least your a true NT manager twisting what you say to make you look better.

just make sure the italian dont pay the ref

According to world ranking we should have been knocked out in the quarters so the semis are not that bad. For ages we've been in 5th-6th and only been 4th for a couple of weeks.

italy are a walk in the park, even we beat them while playing most the match with 10 men :P
