Subject: »[NT] Friendly Vs Japan

First of all an apology.

I failed miserably in the world Cup, and it was mainly down to my use of the tactics and the players that I had at my disposal. I personally feel like i have let you all down and again I would like to apologise.

Now, onto matter at hand. Having been knocked out we have had to arrange friendlies to cover the vacant weeks. This week we are playing Japan. The remaining time of my time as NT manager must now be geared to getting us as high in the rankings as possible. So I will be using a full strength team against Japan giving us a better chance of picking up a decent win to boost us up the list.

We are away so will have a strange kick off time. More tomorrow after the match.

And why the hell did i put [TL] instead of [NT]???!!!!!!

you summed up the problem in the quote above. You cannot polish a turd.

There are no guarantees in a world cup. Don't beat yourself up, there's plenty of people in here who will do that for you ;)

It was a very hard group and there was no shame in not making the top 2 places. ;)

You were missing some nice players and your strikers I am sure did not compare to what others had available.

We are now th 26th biggest country in Sokker so maybe we are just finding our level now?

I hope that is not the case, but cant help but think maybe it is, which is a real shame and will make it harder for us in future world cup competitions sadly.

We are small. If you want to run a big team get elected in Italy or poland :)

I'm kind of glad I got the U-21 job, it's a much more level playing field. I wouldn't have done any better than you did.

They are only 5 places below, 2 bad games and they could easily overtake. The or else is a lengthy forum ban and a increase on the JPK out campaign!

No need to do a JPK out campaign Gibby old boy, I will not be standing again next season for election.

kick off was 0900 sk time this morning, took me a bit by suprise as only just checked to see what time the kick-off time was!!!! We won 5-0, will watch the game later, but we had 25 shots and only scored 5 so will have to watch to see where we missed chances. Nice to pick up a win again though.
