we lost 3-2. the usa coach played a winger just past my wing back, and it turned out to be a really effective tactic, as it took a couple of defenders out of the game every time.

Now we need a draw against the swiss to guarantee first spot.

Hard luck but they deserved the win imo.

i agree, they had the better tactic.

we should still come top, our GD is 7 better than theirs and they haven't got an easy game next week either :)

easy for us to post in your forum NOW. while pleased with the outcome, let me assure you there was no bravado in the USA forum beforehand. We respect(ed) your team and wish you good luck. this was almost considered a 'knockout round' game for us.
