Having given this a bit of thought and also from the lack of users wishing to take on the role I have decided I do have the time to commit to this role.

Hopefully given my relative success in guiding the u21 team to 2 finals from extremely hard groups I can be seen as worthy of a chance at the full NT level.

I am not really sure what the strength of our side is compared to other Nations but I would hazard a guess at weaker than it used to be due to the lost advantage of being around longer than other countries......we are now a small nation and rapidly reducing in numbers too.

My plans will be to ensure that trainers try to provide the best training possible for our brighter prospects and to also increase our ranking.

A fairly tough task given the last few seasons, I will try though.

What's your policy on players going to be? There are a lot of early 30s players (IE my Hardcastle) in the NT, will you be looking to drop them or will you be sticking with best players for each game.

What is your policy on beating Scotland?

This is the NT side, I will be going all out for a win NO MATTER what against Scotland and I clearly have the best record against the Auld enemy winning all matches so far iirc.

As for other matches the best side shall be played unless:

1 - We are against a weak Nation.

2 - It is an agreed younger age group.

I hope to have a good record and increase our rating again, I will also try my best to ensure that people 9the community0 become more involved once again.

Players in their 30's if they are the best and we face a strong Nation shall play.

How much will you pay them to be interested ? I won our u-21 group by a small margin, tried to ensure an exciting ending to the group, and the same 3 people that usually care cared.
