wdp74 to All
Hello and Happy New Year to all.

Tomorrow we face an Irish side who on paper although weaker than us gave Brazil an almighty scare losing narrowly 3-2 in a very even game. Ireland are strong and as such we are putting out our strongest side, form and strength wise as I look to try and push home the good start we have had to date.

I have created a new tactic again based upon and older one which although it is attacking I hope will also be defensively sound.

The squad is as follows, if you have any questions or theories please feel free to submit them to me. My whole game is in French currently and I cannot alter it so I hope I have set the orders correctly. :/

SQUAD

Jay Veley
Ahmed Leggett
Philip Dalston
Anton Wanlace
Stuart Goater
Julian Humphreys
Harvey Stavely
Julian Flux
Bobby Stroud
Terry Bensted
Alfred Shannon
Albert Bromage
Julian Willows
Ethan Buddle
Christie Parker
Kris Hagan

Enjoy the game if you can bare to watch with a hangover.

Why no blunsden?
2010-12-31 13:31:42
Blunsden is in Formidable form thats the only reason mate. Every player in the team is in very high form. He would be in the team without doubt otherwise, I also want to see how Dalston plays in this game.

It may well be that he sits out just this one game.

A nice 6-1 win with Ireland scoring in the 90th minute........Brazil snatched a 3-2 earlier this season against Ireland in a very even game....really happy with the way things are going.

Tactically I was not happy on throw ins as we lacked space a bit.

*****Tumbleweed***** lol

Pretty efficient finishing today, I was expecting a bigger gap in chances after seeing the score ;-)

It looks like we may hit a mark of 80 soon!

That would be nice, the strikers are finishing well atm, and may that continue. :)

Ireland are a good side and they had an even match with Brazil, so despite the gap in ratings we did well to dominate as we did I feel. The reason the ratings are so high is that I persist in playing extremely rounded defenders, I have high skilled defenders and pace wise, but prefer to drop a level or sometimes 2 in order to keep possession and pressure the opposition....I may change that when playing tougher teams, however it has worked so far.

Its how I have always played, and its always worked well.
