Subject: [u21] Friendly Vs Romania (U-20)
magical keeper isn't too bad if he has pace. he'll still have a decent save rate :)
Maybe England is apathetic about training English players now ? Can England prove me wrong ? Or is tom going to have to train all 11 players for next seasons' U-21 squad ?
haha i can give it a try :p
it does seem that we don't have that many trainers for our english players. you could count the number of people that train a few english players on one hand.
back when wdp was manager he kept saying we needed more decent strikers, and now we have a lot of good str's at each age level, so maybe people tried to then train more str's, but it seems the level of mids has now dropped.
since we don't have that many users, we will probably always have some shortage of players, unless more players are encouraged to be more involved with the nt and u21, but again that's difficult.

Well I am possibly going to change to mids training due to my last Magical pull.
I figure there are a fair few striker trainers now, we have had some nice mid pulls this season however and we should get a deent crop soon, ps the fact there are more striker trainers is a good thing, but there needs to be the pulls to train.....therefore we must have had a drop in actual mid pulls of decent quality lately.
I did bang on about having specialist trainers, maybe it worked and we have slacked off a bit....NCN start nagging people about it. ;)

Getting users involved is really hard....I tried hard but sometimes you feel like you are just banging your head against a brick wall.
I regularly added constructive criticism to your U21 topics. Usually along the lines of "wdp out!".
Maybe I need to get that going again ;)

England U21s have a 100% record when Duffield plays btw :P
Once I've sorted my finances, I'll be re-opening my YS. So far Woolly and Cranfield were my only decent contributions to the England U21's, and they got me 255k in total, which isn't pleasing :(
Well just one nice youth can make a few million....they are rare but you can quite often get a 1m+ youth, especially now with the market being higher.
I amtrying my best to train youngsters I got from my own Junior school for Englands U-21. My training plan revolves around them and at the expense of my team loosing sometimes...
It's good that some trainers are willing to put England first. I'm a shocking hypocrite however, but mainly because I've had no decent youths in the last 5 seasons.
yeah but it is worth it, 8 of my players in my starting 11 are from my youth school, and it is a joy of the game to see them progress. :)
Not easy at the highest levels. This is the only English player in my squad:
Owen Baddeley, age: 23
club: Phils_hotspurs, country: England
value: 718 650 £, wage: 6 615 £
divine form, brilliant tactical discipline
height: 184 cm
bookings:
NTDB:
excellent stamina unsatisfactory keeper
brilliant pace outstanding defender
outstanding technique incredible playmaker
magical passing solid striker

i know, last week when i had a walkover was the first time this season i haven't had to train pace.

what will you do with coatsworth, workman etc? or are you doing tech for a while.

Next weak changes that last sentence - unless you sell of course!
There's still time for him to drop a level or 2 :)
