Today my assistant has prepared the match, he insisted to play with 5 defs :P and the result was disastrous :P So never play with 5 defs at U21 :))

Funny you say that, before you gave me that excellent advice, I thought I'd give the 4-4-2 diamond formation a try, as favoured by my home football team, Norwich City. Seeing as England u-21 don't have much in the way of wingers. Thanks for the confirmation that the formation was along the right lines :). Just a shame that it's a bit late for the world cup now - no doubt they'll change the match engine before the next one !

Actually it is the best one at U21 :P With small modifications with regard to the opponent's tactics, of course :)

where were you in week 1 ? I could have used this advice a month ago ;)

:)) If you are 'accidentally' (ur beloved word) re-elected, we could discuss some nice tactics, provided you have 2 very good defensive mids, which is extremely important.

Next season I will run for German U21, let's see if they agree

That's a long way away, I've had a bad record this season, and there is a very good manager who would like the job. :).
