Subject: What is the best talent in sokker?

I know that before they introduced junior league juniors used to have pretty accurate talent graph as they left JS. Is still talent 3 the best talent possible now or it could be even better? Tha reason I am asking is that I have seen a screen from JS where junior came there as adequate spent 7 weeks and left as very good...which means talent is 2.3..is it possible?

The best talent is still ~3 (even though the best is rumoured to be PI (3.14) :P

Anyway, these new junior graphs aren't gospel anymore, he could easily joined good and left as a solid.
