I am training him as a mid so I am training his passing, pm and tech, next season I am training his pm, now I could invest and train him till 23 at which he would be a really good mid but I also notice he has a really good talent to be a striker. What would you guys do, invest in his talent and train him as a mid or sell him as a striker trainee?

thats not amazing talent. 3 weeks to formidable tech is very good talent that is average

Can't say that for sure unless seen ken's coaches though.

I had a 20yo pop with 3 trainings in tech to formidable with 3x very good assistants last season :)

i have a 19 year old that went to very good and excelent in 3 weeks in pace. only very good assitants, that must be good then :)

Only the two? If so you should certainly get a 3rd.

a bit of a novice question here but whats the difference?

I think three unearthlies have a 50% increase on training from what I heard, so getting another excellent would increase training by around 10%, which is equivalent to an extra training and a half a season ;)
