Quinney for sure. Also anyone who will be mid to late 19yo to 21 should be dumped, unless that midseason 19yo is going to be at least magicial.

Do you need to ditch them for financial reasons? Only it's so bloody difficult to get a handle on talent that I tend to hang on to juniors for a good few weeks now. That is unless promotion age/time of season is clearly against them or their starting level is so low that they'll never amount to much.

If it were me I'd probably cull the following (assuming no evidence of talent)

Dom Lynnn - will be 18 and Solid or Very Good
Samuel Newton - 17 and Adequate or Good
Mick Quinney - mid season 20yo
Dick Steward - late season 19yo

not for financial reasons, i just have a bad habit of keeping most of them and then end up firing them at the end when they are cack
