This was my middle name before I changed it to "meh".

Also a good advice would be to fire all the coaches (which normally are unusable) and buy only one coach with 16 on stamina (with low salary) and then set training on stamina for 2-3 weeks until the new manager gets the basics from the game.

Now that we got many new users, we need this LP's "staying drive" idea implemented asap. I would still be willing to volunteer for this, just that somebody will have to alert me who I need to contact and help.

What do you guys think?

ive only bin playing 6 months, but i feel i know all the basics and would also be willing to help.

As steelers all ready said the problem is we all have day jobs. Mines retail so doesn't evolve a computer like these sneaky office workers lol.

If you get a fair amount of help I would take on a couple of leagues.

The problem is I've started to juggle two bands and have spent less time on Sokker as a result. I will try and get thos going, maybe with the help of others.

Anyway, we need a Top 10 list of things to do/not to do in Sokker, and a thread to welcome new users and a link to said thread. I'll try and post a new users list as often as possible.

I've had motivation issues recently with Sokker (by recently I mean for two seasons) and am struggling to get this going. But the recent discussion has made me think about booting this up again - what do you think?

think its a good idea, but its only worth doing if the people that sign up to help are going to do what they promise. on that note i will be more than happy to help ;)

Well at some point in this week I will draft up a basic mail with the top 10 things to do when you start and links to threads/forums:

If people could write down their tips for starting then it would help - I'm not the best manager ;)

This is a good idea, but it's worth remembering that new users get a very lengthy welcome message along those lines already, so we'd need to avoid repeating (or worse still contradicting) what's in that message.

(I'm guessing that this has changed since most of you signed up)
