i plan to get what wdp started a few seasons back going again, but in more depth. wdp tried to get teams that trained english players specifically, but there were few that wanted or could get a full set of decent english trainees, and be specialist trainers for england.
i plan to start the thread over, and try to get people to train even 1 future england player. people who wanted to have an english trainee would be put in a list, with how many english players they're training, how many more trainees they want, what they're training, and how much money they have or could gather to buy the trainee. then everytime a player is pulled, on TL or advertised i can contact all the managers who are on the list who could benefit the player and afford them.

this includes more than just a few who are committed to training english trainees. it gets more people involved by having potential england players, and helps us by having our english players trained in the skills we would like which i think should be a big aim for the u21. it may not work, but even if a few extra people put their name down and start training more english players then it will be worth it :)

can you name if any specific trainers for the england u21 or NT

i admit that i'm not too sure on specific trainers other than for strikers, which is one of the reasons i want to set up the threads i've mentioned. although after a week or two in the job it will become apparent who is training a few good english players.
for strikers i know of myself, wdp and also shearer who is a maltese user, but has 3 or 4 english trainees and does train them well. i personally have 4 players who have played for the u21 this season, and 1 who has played for the senior NT.

you have had a fine couple of seasons and have grown massively from the tactical point of you since we last were in the same serie!

I am running for the Full NT not the U21 and now NCN has dropped out the u21 role is really a bit of a one choice option imo.

your not good enuff for the full NT look at the mess you left the u21 in when ncn took over lol

thanks everyone for the votes so far :) unless someone else starts running against me, it looks like i'm going to win this, so i'm going to start up the threads i've mentioned now as it'll mean less work once the elections re over. get a head start on it all:)

wow hardly have time to log on and suddenly its NT elections and i have to go to the bottom of the page to find the thread. i get why only wdp ran for main NT but why no U21 candidates? happy with Tom but surprised to say the least

Same. When i looked i don't think anyone even attempted to run i.e. applied but no speech.

I wouldn't dare run, especially if ken or a foreigner were running too; they'd vote for them just to spite me! :)
