Subject: Cup - Round 2

I play MK johns who is now a bot - im fielding my reserves but still hoping for a win. wont be that disappointed if i lose though. How about all of you?

actually pretty annoyed with my game - my magical striker missed two chances in two minutes, both from about 3 yards with no goalkeeper. he also missed a penalty in the second half, and one in the penalty shoot out at the end - needless to say, he's getting sold on Sunday.

i lost as axpected, but by less goal than i though, but watching the game i think my player should of done better, even with reserves. (my winger but the ball out of play every touch he had. and there was no defender on his side. never mind :(

Lost 9-0, but I care less about that than I do about the 22 day injury to my reserve keeper who has only been back a few weeks since his last 3 week injury.

Won my match well 7-0 but an injury to my defender kind of dampened my spirits. :/

Reserve keeper? What are they? I crept through 3-0 against Diamond Sharks. He had good enough players in the right areas with a solid tactic to make my life difficult for 88 minutes with a 29 shots to 0 ratio.

On to the next round.

And what are people's views on this new engine? Not convinced it's enhanced the game for newer teams/poor players...

I was sceptical, however I think it is an improvement now and is going to lead to new formations and tactics, especially at the higher levels.

I love the new engine, especially the defender's tackle to intercept through balls. Lovely changes!

honestly the new engine for less well established teams as i like to be called, has made it harder. my winger can't run in a straight line, and defenders slide for the ball whats next to them and put it in very bad areas what the other team can score from.

p.s. i have a player with high passing, low pm. he get tacked alot, but when he does make a pass, its never a good one. any reasoning, or am i just being unlucky?

thought mine would be tricky, but my young strikers carved through their defence time after time, and i won 11-3 :D

Comfortably through with a 9-0 victory.

Me too, won 7-0 with a full reserve side again. Onto the next round :)

played a strong former serie II team averaging over 50 in marks

had to play a few big guns and got a defender injured for 3 weeks as a result

my team is struggling with injuries now, the premiership does not seem to love me!

won 5-2 and supporter mood went down :( pleased to win with the reserves though, shame i got another injury though

gutted...not only does my GK gift the first goal....& we lose by a goal....he gifts 2 in 3 mins on Sunday to blow a 2-0 lead & cause a draw.
