Subject: [NT] Vs Russia WC Finals

Tomorrow is the biggest game of the season, we face Russia in a must win game or our WC is over....if we win we can still go out if the result of the other match is a draw.

The squad and tactic is set in the England Association Forum.

I hope that I have provided a tactically better defensive setup and also a decent chance of scoring goals too, form is the only issue up front but I hope it will still be enough to win.

Well, i'm looking forward to our match, but after some updates... my chances got to 1-3%, some players dropped their form, some injuries... and seeing the A star at your nick, I guess you "pushed a button" to destroy Tumilovich... from brilliant for to excellent after the update...


I feel like losing at least 4-0 tomorrow.

I have played most of this season without my 2 nest strikers due to form and best defender and keeper, I also started the camapign without my best CM, we don't have a great deal of depth either.

This week we are getting close to our first 11 and I hope we will be able to win, by at least 4 goals would be nice. lol

As for form, its a killer, I played Comlmbia and Argentina with their players all in 16 or above form....I struggled due to that. I am looking forward to the game too, don' worry about the badge....it hasn't helped so far! ;)

And about Colombia-Argentina. I doubt chinese makes agreements, plus i'm sure he wants to secure Colombia first place, so he won't risk.

Well i hope Colombia wins, Argetina doesn't deserve to qualify.

It was a good game, at 2-0 down I just felt like clicking off as my GK seemed like he was not there....he also kicked the ball out too much, hopefully Leggett will be back in great form soon.

I messed up the attacking throw in orders, but apart from that I predicted that you would played a 532 with no winger and felt we dealt with your attacks fairly well on the whole. I think we deserved the win and the injurt to our fwd messed up my orders a little.

Well i was sure you will play with a winger, a 5-3-2 also but didn't know what side you will play him so i played neutral in defense...

I also agree you deserved to win, but not with such a margin.



PS I told that i feel like losing 4-0... its same as 6-2 :D

Great win for the team today. According to my calculations we are currently top of the league, with Columbia sitting 2nd followed by Argentina and already out Russia. We haven't actually quallified yet despite that big win against Russia. So what we need is we need either Columbia or Argentina to win in the late kick off, a draw will not be good enough for us, so fingers crossed someone will win. Although I fear that they may both play weakened teams to get a draw so they can both qualify. Who's watching the game?
