Subject: [NT] Vs Russia WC Finals

Great win for the team today. According to my calculations we are currently top of the league, with Columbia sitting 2nd followed by Argentina and already out Russia. We haven't actually quallified yet despite that big win against Russia. So what we need is we need either Columbia or Argentina to win in the late kick off, a draw will not be good enough for us, so fingers crossed someone will win. Although I fear that they may both play weakened teams to get a draw so they can both qualify. Who's watching the game?

A win from colombia would be prefereable as a win from argentina would mean that colombia will probably qualify on goal difference rather than england or else argentina wins by 6 goals.

We are out of the World Cup on goal difference. :(

and england are out despite our coaches best efforts.

Sorry, well the first match against Argentina where we suffered badly cost us, I did the best I could given our players. I missed many key players this season through injury and also poor form caused by injuries. :(

Its been a bad day all round so far.

A lot of it is luck with form and injuries for the smaller countries. You did well with what you had !

Thanks but I did hope to make the knockouts, had I done so I felt the squad was starting to come together a little bit form wise......never mind.
