Cannot believe there was no topic, however I won 4-1 against Phil and am a bit Over Chuffed in the words of the mighty Carlton Cole, I deserved the win too.

Lost 4-1 and 5 key players for my next league game..... yes 5! After thinking that I had had my fair share of bad luck, tonights game proved me wrong ..... big time! :-(

At least they are all out of the way in one go......that is hard luck though. I have lost 2 players for next week against Gibbage.

But their second goal was by their striker running into the gap left by my 16th minute redcard, I rattled the woodwork, and Eevers pulled the trigger way too early. Twice.

0-0 draw. Top by 1 point only now.

Hagan got injured on England duty, meaning that I had to play 35 year old Popple, who has just plopped again. Shows the impact of only having 1 decent striker (Hagan) when injuries hit.

......sorry.....I did have an order for him to replaced for a slight injury, so it could have been worse if you know what I mean? :(

He was our best in form striker, so it was annoying that he got replaced.

It is one of the biggest problems parts of Sokker. Players in the NT actually carry too much risk in my eyes as injury risk massively outweighs the very small benefits of bigger crowds.

Anyhow, means I need to get round to buying another striker. Just have to wait for the right guy to come along....takes a while as I only buy Brits... ;)

I agree though it is risky, I cannot believe I did not fill my stadium tonight for Phils game, especially given we both have NT players in our teams and he is ranked 1 in England.

i lost 4-2 which was pretty good considering the 10 point difference in average mark! im quite proud
