I've probably sold some of the players I bought. At a loss, since I'm even more rubbish than you.

Transfers income: 63 773 203 £ average 270 226 £ (236 of sales)
Transfers expenses: 26 237 511 £ average 327 969 £ (80 of purchases)
profit/loss: 37 535 692 £ average -57 743 £

it's not hard, but you need a lot of patience.

buy young / cheap players

train them for 7 or 8 seasons.

sell them.

would be a lot better now you have invested in a junior school. providing you have a decent coach.

I did, got 800k over 3-4 seasons. Wanted to improve all my youth coming in instead, so I shut it and bought better coaches. I reopened now but make nasty debts that are slowly sinking me :S

thats weired. im managing easily on the same money, maybe you are not as good on the financial side as me, ive got a million to burn :)

I wouldn't worry that much about sponsors not covering wages. My sponsor money falls short of my wages by about 150k.

52 625. My matches don't even sell out. And my supporter mood is diving. So my money is just bombing, I hate being in the negative :(

I was losing money every 2 weeks in my first 3 or 4 seasons but you've got to speculate to accumulate early on. As long as the end of seaso bonus covers your season loss then the extra money spent on coaches etc is worth it.

Keep playing away friendlies in all seated stadia! ;)

Yes I had the same issues and did exactly what you suggested with friendlies - it really helps a lot!
