Subject: [nt] from italy to england!!!

I want to apologize first if I had the wrong section but I went to see england and no one in NT england advertised his candidacy and then I added the topic in Sokker england!

I introduce myself I'm quenya
attending for a long time, the scope of the national in the past have been the Italian national U-21 vice-CT, for two consecutive seasons, leading the team in some games where I tried innovative solutions of how to deal with a team as strong as the Argentina to 3 on defense!
This season I was again in the U-21 Italian staff, adding this task to that of assistant coaches in Thailand, where we also managed to achieve some unexpected results at the beginning and grow the user base and improve the situation even wide investment in youth!

Once introduced to me way to explain my project, I think my tactic is one and only one, make the strong point of the team, unless the goalkeeper :P, and cover in every way and from every part of the game opponents , substantially better than a 1 to 0 that a 4 to 3,
i haven't a favourite tattic, I have used this season the defense that a 5 to 4 to 3 man, one two or 3 tips, tactics do not say that the solutions I miss them :)

As for the staff team intends to use England, to make it more participatory like staff, i tink also to implement initiatives to encourage investment in the youth sector and greater attention to the game, in Italy these initiatives have worked fine!!!

i undestand every but i am not good to speak english, for this reason i hope one of the member of my staff speak italian just a little bit :)

I play football with a guy from Italy and damn is he a good player, are you any good in real life as a player or Manager??

i real life i do the player, central defense, after i became old, now i have 32 years old, now i play at football at 5 players, and i'm a golakeeper, i was been a menager too but for a little team of my country and only for one year!!! but in future i don't know i realy love football !!!
