thanks everyone :)

truffs and kipper: how about you can both have a player in todays game ;)

tactics and team for the Russia game are up in the England Association. any feedback or out would be good, as these tactics are things that i may use at the WC, so anything you can say to make them better gives us a better chance in a few weeks :)

Why no Hunt?
2011-06-24 14:35:38
Blue is in the starting 11, ahead of Raine I might add, and you're moaning about Hunt ? :).
2011-06-24 15:26:58
Hunt is only in excellent form. Raine will play 90 mins next week against Malta, his passing keeps him on the bench this week :p
2011-06-24 15:28:03
well he's getting pace this week, and passing next, so he could be on the bench next week too :)
2011-06-24 15:29:39
na, full 90 next week, he fits the tactic i'll be playing ;)
2011-06-24 15:48:12
excellent - T. Raine in the hole I assume !

The real question is where is Purefoy.
2011-06-24 16:22:26
I think Tom has my vote!
2011-06-24 16:24:50
@ ncn: lol yeah :p

@ gibbage: we have a couple of decent 20yo def-mids which keeps Purefoy out for this age group, but Purefoy will be the u19's def-mid. i was actually going to message you about your training plans for him?
2011-06-24 16:42:05
Well if you don't know where he is, then how could we ?
2011-06-24 17:05:23
we won 4-1 :) i thought it was a good performance, where i thought we may have struggled against them before kick off. the midifeld worked well, with some nice passes. a bit more tech and def would be good, but can't have everything :p
our strikers also caused them a lot of problems, and we had quite a few 1 on 1's that we missed, so could of even had a couple more goals ;) their str's caused a few problems at the start, but then our defence seemed to switch on, and they had few chances after that :) a promising result leading up to the WC.
2011-06-24 17:23:27
so i was wrong to worry about "the hole" this week then :).
2011-06-24 17:47:22
What do you want me to do with my todja btw?
2011-06-24 17:47:50
the gaps between players looked bigger on the diagram i did on the England association than theyreally were. i can see why you thought it could be an issue this week :p i might do a print screen from now on...
2011-06-24 18:00:20
lmao, sounds so wrong :o

err, he needs pace and def training really. i know you're moving on to tech now, and your other trainees would be better suited to passing atfer that, so he doesn't really fit in...

if you want to sell? then i will try and find a buyer for you, and sell him after your pace/stamina finishes.
