hi everyone, just letting you all know that i'm running for the u21 job again this season. i'll do a proper speech tomorrow night when i have more time.

ok, so i'm running again this season. i want to carry on the u21 job as i've mostly enjoyed it, and think i still have a lot to offer for our young stars. it was disappointing in the WC, but the team was quite weak last season. this season's team looks really strong, and we should have no problem qualifying. i've also tried to get our youngsters the right training and tried to keep them in England when possible.

i've set up a decent array of tactics for us as well, i have 15 to 20 tactics to cover the different formations, and make new ones all the time depending on the opposition, and which players are available to me (made a new one for tonight, and last weeks match). i'll always try to play attacking football, and get us to score a lot of goals whilst also winning.
our ranking has started to improve this season. it suffered a bit due to last seasons 21yo's where we struggled to get any decent results, but this seasons age group have helped take us up 4 or 5 places, and we've won every game with them this last season. (although not sure about tonight, as there's a big form problem with our strikers).

i'm looking forward to hopefully getting your votes and then getting to help develop our young players for another season, and get us to the world cup again :)

What do you feel you would do differently (if anything) in a second stint compared to your first?

not sure really, i was happy with most of the 2 seasons. i believe we'll qualify this season, and then for the world cup i would probably try my best to win the first game, as last time i played defensive and we lost, and it made it an uphill struggle from then on.

glad i've won the elections, hopefully i can do better this time round, and win our qualification group, and do better at the WC next season if given the chance for that :)

i'm genuinely a bit puzzled about how tis got so many votes without even making a thread. is it that we have quite a big polish section in sk england and they just voted for him?
