You deserved it well done

I hope the England Team does well - so good luck to you

ermejo you don't deserve a second chance at all - but you did get the most votes

Sokker England needs a complete change of NT Manager/s to stop the rot IMHO

Everyone fails at sometime its what they do after that counts they could give up or learn from it.

The whole England Forum & NT declines every season

You just need to ask - why is that happening?

For sure - we can all fail & make mistakes, but then learn from that experience - but the current longer served Managers within England struggle with that..... so we decline every season

I hasten to add - they are longer term Managers - not better quality Managers at all

What you are saying is wrong and where is your basis for this - how many English players have you brought out from your academy or bought from elsewhere to train up long term? That is the sole reason why we are on the decline - simple as that....and the more users like you complain about it the worse it gets. It is easy to criticise but not so easy to actually stop the rot.

I suggest that you offer your words of advise and help this term with ermejo and if things improve then maybe you can stand again and be taken seriously?

All the above sounds like from the outside looking in is sour grapes.
