Subject: Weekly Training
Now i understand the game better, i have also used it to see how talented the players i have bought are.
In the new season, i should be able to make a bit of cash by selling off my pace trainees and moving on to something that doesn't warrant having 22 players in my squad, and hopefully get the odd nice player in.

what I have always tried to do is buy players with potential but who are weaker in two areas and then train them and sell them for a bucket load. case in point is my midfield, all bought missing certain skills but now all rounded and worth alot more than i payed
forgot to arrange a friendly, and have therefore trained stamina. most popped even though i only had a v.good stam coach, and had 1 random on my keeper to hopeless tech.
last pace training then am resuming to pace after next week:

its only for 1 week and then back to pace for one more week
once i get solid stamina for the players then i will concentrate on pace alone
I told him pretty straight, no stamina training till the off-season.
