I have another 18 yo defender who seems to pop once every 2 weeks. he's at good defending at the moment, how long can i expect him to pop at this rate for ?

Is he English? Should carry on at that rate until he reaches excellent when it will take longer.
I had 20 stamina pops and will continue for one ore week. Gibbage do you have my midfielder John Todd in the England system? If so where does he rate?
unfortunately not, he's belgian. :(. he only cost me 15k though, so on the up side a first team defender cost me 15k ! yay !

Only players being trained are included for now. Key skills for middies really are pm and passing, with preferably one of technique and defending. Pace is useful aswell if they are going to do a lot of running around.
