18yo to good (random, well sort of. He wasn't in one of the training positions)
20yo to excellent

Randoms:

23yo to poor pm
24yo to hopeless striker
20yo to solid passing and very good striker :D

Not too great apart from my striker trainee. Will now look like this at the end of the season:

formidable stamina, hopeless keeper
incredible pace, poor defender
outstanding technique, solid playmaker
solid passing, very good striker

I just wish he was English :(
