Subject: Weekly Training
I've got the choice of doing stamina for the 2 players that need it, or doing a week of pace for the youngsters. Got to be pace really.

It pays dividends though as all players train whether they get on the park or not so in weeks where you don't have any games it is a good thing.
But that mid could do with a week, being V Good in stamina only. ;)

I've had that problem before being involved in 3 play-offs in my first 3 seasons...felt i couldn't stamina train in week 15 as it would be a waste.
Loving it next week as it'll just be the one game, and i get to put out a first team against the wrestny Argie Bargies.

Last pace training for the season:
Hugo Barboza up to weak pace
Tamas Bimbo up to weak pace
Pablo Diaz up to weak pace
Marcello Lizi up to poor pace
Edgardo Luna up to average pace
Dukagjin Manjani up to adequate pace
Geoffrey Ram up to poor pace
Ramiro Serna up to weak pace
General training:
Sanni Johnson up to unsatisfactory defender
Decent end to the season, every team member made at least two pops, not a bad ending. Switching to stamina training for the off season.

I see your pace trainees are getting pretty fast already.
don't knock him, he's doing it the right way. he's just starting from a lower position than the rest of us, as he's got a newer team, that's all.
for all we know ken could have some decent, but slow players there.

I was laughing at vilpu's comment. I will be one of the first to congratulate ken when he has a home grown NT player in his squad.
Thanks vilpu, first time I actually done good as a manager which is to get a squad and stick with it, I didnt realise it was that easy. Selling players that didnt really show much signs of talent but otherwise sticking with the same squad.
My so called bad signing (Pablo Diaz) is a gem :)

I applaud you, Ken has a lot of knockers on here, and I know why......but
I feel he may have learned a few valuable lessons now and is finally training properly.
Keep the good work up Kenneth. ;)
PS he has a talented guy from my youth academy there now so I have a vested interest in him continuing his training properly.

Not a bad week. Got the two main pops that I was looking for (my two striker trainees) who are now to be sold.
