I have had thatr for weeks and weeks, but then I am not training pace.
pace training - ok i guess
23 yo - outstanding pace
19 yo - unsatisfactory pace

21 yo - good defender
18 yo - unsatisfactory defender
19 yo - excellent technique
oh and a couple of stamina pops.

I haven't added him yet, and he hasn't popped to solid passing in 2 trainings :-(
I'm not worrying too much yet. His talent could be as bad as 4.2 and he may have had no sub level in passing when pulled. We'll see what happens when he pops to very good. If i've been fobbed off, england will know about it!

Starting to notice a marked improvement in the random pops with the uber coaches. I got my first ever pop to unearthly today - nice.

21 yr old to Unearthly and random to V Good stamina.

19 yr old to Good Tech and Weak pace.
Finally a 21 yr old randomed to V Good PM.
Technique again this week......
